This is an open method for you to alert your elected state officials to problems with the DDS system or other issues affecting people with mental retardation/developmental disability/intellectual disability and their families.

The system will put in salutation and signature, but the rest is up to you.

To avoid abuse, COFAR will monitor the emails before they are sent, but will not edit them.
