Join fellow Family and Consumer Sciences professionals as they work with legislators, regulators, industry, their communities and others to bring visibility to emerging challenges and the critical role that Family and Consumer Sciences plays in supporting individuals, building strong communities, and establishing frameworks for success in communities around the United States.
As an AAFCS Advocate, you will receive notices from AAFCS asking you to contact your legislator, local policy maker, university leader, state agency or more to share information such as research studies, educational one-pagers, or personal stories.
With your help, we can raise the visibility of Family and Consumer Sciences and the critical issues affecting FCS and the communities that we serve.
