Tell Congress About Your Experience With a Debt Collector
The ARM Industry works every day to help consumers address their financial obligations, but are not always painted in the best light. 

That’s why we need to hear about positive experiences and would like to share examples of positive interactions with lawmakers in Washington, DC.

Please let us know about instances where discussions between a consumer and the ARM Industry resulted in a positive outcome. This could include learning about options to help resolve debt such as insurance or a payment plan.

Every situation is unique, so feel free to tell your own story. Elected officials rely on their constituents (and voters) to let them know what's going on and what's important. Your feedback, even if it is just a sentence or two, is worthwhile and powerful.
