Call To Acton: Send a Message to Louisville Metro Council
This is in regard to the Proposed Hyperscale Data Center at 6001 Camp Ground Road, Louisville, KY. Category 3 Development plan.

A case is being built to address community questions and concerns. All correspondence should refer to case #25-CAT3-0006. Case Manager Tyler Pobiedzinski (tyler.pobiedzinski@louisvilleky.gov)

This advocacy is to help inform and raise awareness of the proposed project and to promote transparency and open communication with our local government over your concerns about this project.

This is your opportunity to address local governments with questions and concerns related to the transparency of government, freedom of information, energy impact, health impact, economic impact, environmental impact, property values, infrastructure impact, and legislative guidance and concerns for technocracy related to the big tech companies who are relying on these data centers to house your personal data for purposes beyond our understanding at this juncture.

Ask that the Metro Council Clerk notify ALL Metro Council members of your concerns.
