Support the Healthcare Heroes Recruitment and Retention Act!

Please email or call your state legislator to cosponsor and vote yes on Senate Bill 72, the Healthcare Heroes Recruitment and Retention Act.

This bill is the physician right of conscience bill that we have supported for several years. Last year, it passed the state senate and passed a committee in the state house, but it failed to get a vote on the floor of the state house. We are hoping that the state legislature will finally pass it this year.

In 2025, at least 228 verified Kentucky residents who are our supporters emailed a state legislator or signed our petition for the passage of that legislation.

Physicians will still have to comply with law enforcement investigations and will still have to provide emergency care, under this legislation.
