Liberal state representatives have filed another pro-choice abortion bill. House Bill 817 has been filed, which would ban the penalizing and prosecution of people based on the pregnancy outcomes of an abortion and miscarriage.
This is yet another attempt to bundle in things in order to make their pro-abortion legislation sound more reasonable. However, if passed, it would have the result of making Kentucky a pro-choice state on abortion up until the point of birth for pregnancies. Additionally, this legislation would also make it legal to hide the bodies of deceased newborns from law enforcement.
