Tell Your Legislators to Support House Bill 862
One of the problems that came to the forefront during the Covid19 pandemic was just how much literature with sexual content was present in our public school libraries across the nation. There are plenty of videos of parents reading from this literature, from Texas to Alaska to Maine.

Last year, we supported legislation that would enable parents to get school boards to remove erotic literature from local public schools.

So, we requested that Rep. Josh Calloway refile the legislation this year, which he did. That legislation is House Bill 862.

Some of this erotic literature has been found in Louisville's public schools and, to perhaps a lesser degree, in other schools in the Commonwealth. You can click here to go to a website where you can see the sorts of books that we are talking about for Jefferson Co., Kentucky.

Conservative taxpayers don't want to have to pay for these books or for keeping them on the shelves, and these books aren't a part of sex ed. class either. So, health education won't be hindered if these books are removed.

Please email your state legislators to vote yes on House Bill 862, so that we have a way to remove this literature from our Kentucky public schools.
