Tell Congress to Pass the Access to Prescription Digital Therapeutics Act of 2025
Let your Members of Congress know that you support the Access to Prescription Digital Therapeutics Act of 2025 (H.R. 3288/S. 1702). One of AMCP's top federal policy priorities, this bipartisan bill will allow broader coverage of prescription digital therapeutics (PDTs) under Medicare and Medicaid. Current federal law limits PDTs' availability because they do not fit into one of the existing care categories authorized for coverage. Congress must act now to ensure that millions of Americans can receive innovative care to treat a growing range of conditions and illnesses. The bill also directs the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) to develop reimbursement and coding practices appropriate to the unique nature of digital therapeutics.

AMCP supports the Access to Prescription Digital Therapeutics Act of 2025 and urges Congress to pass it.
