Call your Representatives to Co-Sponsor the new Pharmacists Fight Back Act!
The Pharmacists Fight Back Act (PFB) will soon be reintroduced in the U.S. House of Representatives in the coming weeks as two bills:

The Pharmacists Fight Back in Medicare & Medicare Act to be introduced by Rep. Jake Auchincloss (D-MA) and Rep. Diana Harshbarger (R-TN)
The Pharmacists Fight Back in the Federal Employee Health Benefits Program Act to be introduced by Rep. Auchincloss and Rep. James Comer (R-KY), chairman of the House Oversight committee.

Last year's Pharmacists Fight Back Act was to-date the most pro-pharmacy and pro-patient PBM reform legislation introduced at the federal level, setting a “gold standard” in meaningful PBM reform. The bill as introduced addressed PBM drug pricing manipulation, patient steering to PBM-owned pharmacies, and rebate practices.

PFB garnered significant bipartisan support last year with 55 cosponsors, consisting of 29 Republicans and 27 Democrats including the bill’s author. We want to keep that momentum moving ahead by adding bill sponsors prior to next week’s planned introduction.

If your Representative was a cosponsor last year, please reach out to them today!
