Yesterday evening, CNN reported that Sen. Susan Collins (R-ME) will vote to confirm Robert F. Kennedy Jr. as Secretary of Health and Human Services. That leaves only two Republican Senators, Mitch McConnell of Kentucky and Lisa Murkowski of Alaska, who have not publicly stated where they stand on confirming Kennedy. 

Kennedy is unlikely to get any votes from the 47 Democratic Senators, so he will need to get the minimum of 50 votes (plus a tie-breaking vote from Vice President JD Vance) required for confirmation from Republicans. 

The uncommitted Republican Senators have been deluged with telephone calls, emails and other communications in recent weeks. Keep it up!

A vote could take place this week.

Please get on the phone today to the Republican Senators who may vote against Kennedy. 

Call their Washington offices and be POLITE!
