There are two essential reforms we must have to end the vaccine cartel’s control over our government and our bodies.
First, we must end mandates. Government has no authority to command what we must put in our bodies or our children’s bodies. Any pretense that government has the competence and moral clarity to make such decisions was incinerated by COVID.
Second, we must regain our Seventh Amendment right to go to court for any injury worth more than $20. The inability to sue a vaccine company destroys any incentive to assure their products are safe. H.R. 4668 takes us a long way toward this goal.
Beginning with the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986 the vaccine cartel has steadily eroded our right to legal redress for those injured by vaccines. The “vaccine court” was created to replace our former right to go to court rooted in centuries of American and English law and has proven to be a complete sham.
The destruction of our rights advanced with the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act (PREP) Act in 2004 and the Countermeasures Injury Compensation Program that erodes our rights to sue in a far more complete way than in the vaccine court. And as we speak, the pesticide injury is attempting to eliminate our right to sue for injury with their products.
