The bill is sponsored by Asm. John McDonald (D-Albany) in the Assembly as A765a, and in the Senate by brand-new sponsor Sen. Liz Krueger (D-Manhattan) as S9893. This bill was originally introduced in the Senate by the execrable Brad Hoylman, who fortunately is no longer blighting all the residents of New York, but just the poor people of Manhattan as Boro President. When Hoylman left the Senate, the bill became an orphan, but Krueger stepped in last week to sponsor the bill.
And it is already on the Active List in the Senate! They are attempting to ram this through!

RFKJR Act /A765 sponsor Asm. John McDonald owns a pharmacy in Cohoes, NY and is still active in the business, according to the pharmacy’s website. McDonald has sponsored many bills that expand the range of vaccines that pharmacists can administer and sell. He is the brother of New York State Health Commissioner James McDonald.
RFKJR Act /S9893 sponsor Sen. Krueger is also the sponsor a bill (S1570) that would allow minors 14and older to get any vaccine with parental knowledge or consent, and S653a that would allow giving children of any age without parental knowledge or consent drugs and vaccines marketed to prevent sexually transmitted infections.
A mandatory database is essential for vaccine passports like New York used against us during COVID, and for enforcement of future adult vaccine mandates that Pharma makes no secret are a crucial part of their future growth and profitability plans. Currently, there is a bill that would require a hepatitis b shot anytime a person registers for a college class (A2078/S5724).
The only reason for a database that records the vaccines people have had, and HAVE NOT received, is that at some point they intend to enforce compliance. Exactly like the State uses the childhood database to deny children access to school.
The adult database will provide the necessary information to enforce vaccine passports. It will be used to deny you the right to work, practice your profession, go to college, access healthcare, access public places, travel, and all the other insanely repressive measures they already used with COVID passports.
What else will New York do with your information? Who will the state allow access to the database? Who will they allow to buy your medical information? Why do these third parties want your information? What will these third parties do with your information? Will they re-sell it?
The question of who gets access to the data is so serious that the bill was already held up for two years because immigrant activists were concerned that the database would be used by immigration enforcement agencies to locate and deport people. The legislature took these concerns so seriously that they passed a bill that appears to prevent the State from sharing this data with federal immigration enforcement agencies, but in reality, the state cannot prevent the federal government from getting any information they want, but it assuaged the activists enough to withdraw their concerns.

- Given New York’s vastly greater dependence than any other state on Medicaid and other federal health programs, and the ongoing federal investigation of widespread Medicaid fraud in New York, is it wise to pass a bill that openly mocks the Secretary of Health and Human Services?
