US Take Action: Dismiss the charges against Maryland physician Dr. Ron Elfenbein.
The U.S. Department of Justice is preparing to retry Dr. Ron Elfenbein, a Maryland emergency medicine physician who ran the largest outpatient monoclonal antibody operation in his state during the COVID-19 pandemic. He performed over 5,000 infusions at FedEx Field at the request of federal health officials and saved hundreds of lives. After he publicly criticized the Biden administration's decision to pull monoclonal antibodies, he was indicted. The trial judge, who heard every day of evidence, entered a judgment of acquittal in a 90-plus-page opinion. The case is being revived anyway.

A retrial is set for August 2026. Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche has the authority to dismiss it now. Please sign the petition below to ask Attorney General Blanche to dismiss the charges against Dr. Elfenbein.
