As a member of the New York Assembly in 2019, Garbarino voted to preserve the religious exemption, for which we are grateful. Since then, control over New York State policy by the vaccine cartel under Gov. Kathy Hochul has become even more entrenched. Federal funds should no longer be used to deny our children’s right to an education.
We know Rep. Garbarino agrees with us, but it is time for him to act.

New York Representatives Nick LaLota, Mike Lawler and Nicholas Langworthy have already co-sponsored the GRACE Act. We need Garbarino and the rest of the members of Congress from the five affected states to co-sponsor the bill to show their colleagues that this is a serious matter that must be resolved by passing HR 5075.
Denying religious exemptions is a violation of our First Amendment rights and a violation of the Religious Freedom Restoration Act (RFRA). Multiple laws prohibit federal funds from being used to illegally discriminate against Americans.
No one seriously argues that religious exemptions are a threat to public health. And in the post-COVID world, what credibility does the public health industry have to claim that their opinion is sufficient to deny us our fundamental Constitutional rights?
