Oppose A2125, Seeks partial repeal of Martin Luther King, Jr.'s "I Have a Dream" Civil Rights Act of 1964

NY Take Action: Pol Dinowitz seeks partial repeal of

MLK's "I Have a Dream" Civil Rights Act of 1964

Eliminates religious exemption from vaccine mandates

for college and employment

At this time of the year, we remember the life and work of Rev. Martin Luther King, Jr. Who has not been moved by the soaring oratory of his “I Have a Dream Speech” he delivered on the mall in Washington, DC to help pass what became the Civil Rights Act of 1964. The Civil Rights Act of 1964 prohibits discrimination in the Unites States on the basis of "race, color, religion, sex, or national origin."

New York Assemblymember Jeffrey Dinowitz, the drug industry's most loyal toady in Albany, has a bill,  A2125 and now as of 1/8 State Senator James Skoufis introduced the identical Senate Bill S8113, that seeks to repeal in effect parts of Civil Rights Act of 1964. Dinowitz's and Skoufis's bill would ban religious exemptions from vaccine mandates for employment and college. Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 gives people with religious beliefs, including beliefs contrary to some or all aspects of vaccination, a right to a, "reasonable accommodation" by employers, which is exactly what Dinowitz & Skoufis seeks to eliminate. How a state law would supersede a federal law is something we will leave up to Dinowitz and Skoufis to explain.

Please click Take Action to send a message to your Assemblymember and State Senator letting them know you oppose this bill.

And please call your Assemblymember and Senator and let them know politely that you oppose Dinowitz’s and Skoufis's  effort to repeal parts of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Your Assemblymember and State Semaotr's contact number should appear below.

Dinowitz knows nothing about vaccines or vaccine policy, and he has contempt for religious beliefs different from his own.  He is the author of the 2019 bill that eliminated the religious exemption for K-12 students, which made New York one of only four states that have repealed their religious exemption. In a video still on the New York Assembly website, Dinowitz's calls religious beliefs that conflict with vaccination policy "utter garbage." You can see a video of Dinowitz making this statement on his Facebook page at 3:15 https://www.facebook.com/watch/?v=441644779709395

No matter what else you might say about Dinowitz, there is no denying that he is the hardest working person in Albany for the giant companies that control the global vaccine market and public health apparatus. His bill A8378 would require Covid shots for all K-12 students to attend school, and his A2316 mandates annual flu shots for K-12 kids, and his A7829 mandates Covid shots for college students. Obviously, Dinowitz does not think that anyone should have any say about what goes into our own bodies or our children’s bodies.

There is still no identical bill in the State Senate and the bill has no co-sponsors in the Assembly which I attribute to the pressure you have exerted on the legislature. Keep it up.

That could change very quickly though. Pfizer and other drug/vaccine companies can start squeezing them and turn on the money taps.
