Dear :
Arizona lawmakers are considering HB 2364, a bill that would impose new restrictions on abortion‑inducing medications.
This legislation would limit which providers can prescribe these medications, prohibit delivery by mail or courier, and create new criminal penalties for violations. These changes could restrict timely access to care, particularly for patients who rely on telehealth and pharmacy access.
The bill has already passed the House and is now under consideration in the Senate, where it may soon receive a final vote.
We urge you to contact your State Senator and ask them to oppose this legislation.
Sincerely,
Karina Collins
