Dear :
Massachusetts lawmakers are considering H 2428, a bill that would introduce new restrictions on abortion care.
This legislation would limit when and where certain procedures can be performed and require additional physician approvals in some cases. It would also establish new requirements for care provided after later-stage pregnancy loss or procedures, potentially impacting how care is delivered.
The bill is currently under consideration in the Joint Committee on Public Health, which is scheduled to meet on July 10, 2026, to review this and other reproductive health legislation.
We urge you to contact your State Representative and ask them to oppose this legislation.
Sincerely,
Karina Collins
