Rhode Island lawmakers are considering SB 2033, a bill that would strengthen protections for providers prescribing medication for reproductive healthcare.
This legislation would allow prescription labels for medication abortion to include the name of the healthcare practice rather than the individual provider, helping protect provider privacy and safety while maintaining access to care.
The bill has passed the Senate and is now under consideration in the House Judiciary Committee.
We urge you to contact your State Representative on this committee and ask them to support this legislation.
Sincerely,
Karina Collins
