Take Action: Expand Access to Contraceptive Care
Rhode Island lawmakers are considering SB 2254, a bill that would expand insurance coverage for contraceptive services.

This legislation would require health insurance plans to cover all FDA-approved contraceptive drugs, devices, and products for individuals and their dependents. Expanding coverage helps reduce financial barriers and ensures patients can access preventive care.

The bill has passed the Senate and is now under consideration in the House Finance Committee.

We urge you to contact your State Representative on this committee and ask them to support this legislation.

Sincerely,
Karina Collins
