As you know, less than 24 hours after Armenia and Azerbaijan agreed to a humanitarian ceasefire, Armenian armed forces launch a ballistic missile attack on Azerbaijan's second largest city Ganja. As a result of the attack, targeting a residential area, at least 9 people died and 34 were injured, among them 16 women and 6 children.
