A group of congressmen from the Armenian Congressional Caucus acting in complete opposition to US national interests, are urging other members of Congress to support increasing aid to the Russian client state of Armenia, and extending financial aid to the remnants of the puppet regime installed by Armenia in the occupied territories of Azerbaijan. A few years ago, the Trump Administration, for the first time in two decades had decided to end provision of aid to the illegitimate regime which had been against Washington's interests in the first place, and today the Biden administration opposes providing aid to the separatist regime and their puppet masters. White House Fiscal Year (FY) 2023 budget proposal recommends extending $21 mln less to Armenia than it allocated in 2022, and no aid to the remnants of the Armenian separatist regime in Karabakh. Armenian lobbying shops have energized certain corrupt lawmakers and their diaspora to demand our taxpayer money to be funneled to Russia-run Armenia and the separatist regime.
Please take a minute to send this letter to inform your legislators about the occupation of Azerbaijani territory, the violation of international law by Armenia and Russia, and the nature of remnants of the Armenia-installed regime they are asking to fund.
