Local governments keep raising taxes, fees, and rates and hardworking families are paying the price! HB4030 and HCR2052 would give local taxpayers a much-needed break and make Arizona more affordable! A four-year moratorium on new local tax, fee, and rate increases would be a critical taxpayer protection in an uncertain economy. After years of record high revenues as well as ballooning local budgets, HB4030/HCR2052 would force local governments to live within their means instead of increasing the burdens on local taxpayers.
