Everyone deserves the freedom to move safely and securely—regardless of immigration or citizenship status.

But today, that freedom is under threat. Our immigration system is routinely violating constitutional rights—denying people due process, legal representation, and the basic dignity of fair hearings.

This injustice demands action. 

Tell your elected officials that you care about people’s freedom to move, and the actions taken by any administration that unlawfully detains and jails U.S. residents and takes away the fundamental freedom to move is against the law and unacceptable.
