As 2020 winds down, NAPA’s regulatory advocacy continues to succeed on industry priorities. Earlier this month, EPA finalized its rule on requiring the consideration of both costs and benefits under proposed air emissions regulations. Working within the Regulatory Improvement Council, the outcome of NAPA’s meetings and comments to EPA resulted in this important procedural change to the agency’s regulation setting.
