The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has issued a proposed rule that would drastically cut Medicare home health care funding in 2024. This proposed –9.36% cut would amount to a $20 billion cut throughout the next decade and would severely impact access to home health services.  

With the future of this critical program in jeopardy, we need your action and support! 

Use the form to the right to send your federal elected officials a pre-written email urging them to co-sponsor the Preserving Access to Home Health Act (S. 2137/H.R. 5159), which will prevent CMS from implementing these catastrophic cuts and ensure the future viability of the Medicare home health program.
