The demand for quality mental health and substance use care has never been greater. But funding for critical community-based services and important public behavioral health programs has not kept pace with the need.
On February 26 at noon, hundreds of people will rally on Lawyer's Mall in front of the State House in Annapolis to stand up for the more than 1 million Marylanders who live with a mental health or substance use disorder.
