Boards of Education will lose their authority over some curriculum content as the false concept of gender must be taught to effectively implement new Title IX rules. New Title IX regulations interrupt local control and force the teaching of a socially constructed and unscientific concepts to protect against “harassment” claims.

Gender speech codes may prompt “mandated reporters” to report parents to authorities for “misgendering” their own children. Some parents are abusive, but parents should not be assumed to be abusive for using the ”wrong” pronouns or refusing gender transition surgery or hormonal prescriptions.

“Sex” is based on XX and XY chromosomes and corresponding gamete size (sperm or ova). “Gender” used to be a synonym for sex, but now includes “identities” which categorize people based on regressive stereotypes. It enforces a new regime that lines the pockets of a growing gender industry, specialists, activist organizations and pharmaceutical companies.

These new regulations require girls to share hotel rooms, locker rooms, changing areas with boys, and create penalties for failing to use someone’s preferred pronouns - even once. They also apply outside of school hours and into the community.
