Here’s how N.J.’s new rules for electric vehicles will impact motorhomes

New Jersey is 29 days away from entering the first phase of mandates meant to move toward having more electric and hybrid vehicles on Garden State roads.

New rules are aimed at slashing emissions from gasoline-powered medium- and heavy-duty vehicles. At the same time, recreational vehicles manufacturers say they won’t have the resources to build more zero-emission motorhomes in 2025.
