AN ACT CONCERNING THE DEVELOPMENT AND OPERATION OF A CASINO GAMING FACILITY IN THE STATE.
To require a request for proposals for a possible casino gaming facility in the state and repeal the authority of MMCT Venture, LLC, to operate a casino gaming facility in the state.
