Many eligible voters are apathetic and hopeless, feeling that “My vote doesn’t count.  My voice isn’t heard.” Others may vote in elections for the President or Congress, but don’t think that local elections are important. But your vote is your power and your say in the decisions that shape the life of your community, and the actions of local officials have an impact your day-to-day life.  Faith is a powerful inspiration for taking voting seriously and becoming involved in the public square.
