HB 1362 – Condo and HOAs: Meeting Recording Requirements will be heard in the Senate Judicial Proceedings Committee TOMORROW at 1:00 PM and we need your voice to urge Senators to oppose this bill. As written, HB 1362 would require that meetings of unit owners, board of directors and the governing body of an association be required. While the bill intends to promote transparency, it would place burdensome requirements on the volunteers operating these meetings, as well as pose challenges to recruit new volunteers.
