Tell the DOJ: End Reckless Mail-Order Abortion Policies & Protect Women!

Reckless Biden-era mail-order abortion policies have created a nightmare scenario for women and unborn children, including in Ohio.

The Department of Justice needs to investigate a horrific case in Toledo, Ohio. Jona Affholder was restrained and force-fed crushed-up mail-order abortion pills by her ex-boyfriend—a surgical resident who fraudulently procured the drugs online. Despite committing this vile crime, he was sentenced to just six months in jail.

Senator Moreno is demanding that the DOJ review this case for federal charges and act swiftly in Louisiana v. FDA to reinstate in-person medical dispensing requirements for chemical abortion drugs.
