The Patient Protection Act and SHE WINS Act, two of CCV’s top-priority bills, have cleared the Ohio House but are now waiting in three Senate committees. With the 136th General Assembly (our two-year legislative cycle) ending next month, our window to pass them into law is rapidly closing.

If committee members don't vote them to the Senate floor before adjournment, we risk losing years of hard-fought momentum.

These bills would restore healthcare safety by requiring in-person care, risk disclosures, and common-sense safety protocols for high-risk drugs, including chemical abortion pills.

Time is running out. But when believers speak up, state leaders take notice!
