The Baby Olivia Act (HB485), one of CCV’s top-priority bills, has cleared the Ohio House but is now waiting in three Senate committees. With the 136th General Assembly (our two-year legislative cycle) ending next month, our window to pass them into law is rapidly closing.

If committee members don't vote them to the Senate floor before adjournment, we risk losing years of hard-fought momentum.

The Baby Olivia Act would ensure students in grades 5–12 see the scientific reality of life in the womb through high-definition ultrasound animation showing human development from fertilization to birth.

Time is running out. But when believers speak up, state leaders take notice!
