Congress is considering legislation tomorrow to extend federal funding for critical government programs through December 11, providing additional time for lawmakers to negotiate bipartisan full-year appropriations bills and preventing a government shutdown at the end of the month.
The legislation would maintain funding for programs that support kids and families across our communities and helps fund many of the programs and services that help Children's Wisconsin carry out our mission.
