Join Convention of States Texas for our 2023 Legislative Day!
Update: We have confirmed that Mark Meckler, President of Convention of States, will be in Austin for this event! Don't miss out!
On Monday, March 27, members of the Convention of States Texas team will be at the Texas State Capitol in Austin to meet with state legislators. Our goal is to make clear to them that Texas STILL supports calling a Convention of States to rein in an out of control federal government!

We need YOUR help in expressing our support for HJR 35 and SJR 36, which will remove the sunset clause from the COS resolution that the Texas legislature passed in 2017. A sunset clause is an expiration date added to a piece of legislation, which means if it is not removed, Texas will no longer be one of the 19 states to have passed the COS resolution. This is why it is vitally important that we pass HJR 35/SJR 36 to remove the sunset clause, and time is of the essence!
Please register to let us know you plan to attend, then schedule meetings with your legislators in advance. Click here to find your legislator. We will be gathering at the capitol starting at 9:30am CT, with the main event starting at 10:00am CT. For even more details on the rally, including an agenda, please click here.
Now is the time to remind our legislators that the Eyes of Texas are upon them, and that Liberty Never Expires! We look forward to seeing you in Austin on March 27!
