Ask PA's Leaders to Use Their Power to Drain the Swamp!
We all know that our federal government needs REAL reforms that Washington will never make on its own. Article V of the United States Constitution gives the States the power to call a Convention of States to propose constitutional amendments that can impose these reforms on Washington.

Once 34 states pass the Convention of States Project resolution, the states can propose amendments that would limit Congress' power to tax and spend, return power over many issues to the states (where it belongs), end lawmaking by unelected bureaucrats, impose term limits, and much more. Proposals then must be ratified by 38 states.

Twelve states have already passed the resolution. But here in Pennsylvania, we seem to be stuck. Although our resolution has been filed year after year, it has never received the level of attention it needs in order to move forward.

Pennsylvania's legislative leaders (Speaker of the House Mike Turzai, Senate President Pro Tempore Joe Scarnati, House Majority Leader Dave Reed, and Senate Majority Leader Jake Corman) have the power to move Pennsylvania forward to join her sister states in calling for a convention to propose amendments.

Please sign our petition, asking them to use their power to champion the voice of the people against federal overreach!
Petition Text
To the Honorable Speaker of the House Mike Turzai, Senate President Pro Tempore Joe Scarnati, House Majority Leader Dave Reed, and Senate Majority Leader Jake Corman,

As a Pennsylvanian, I ask that you use your positions of leadership to assist the people of Pennsylvania in passing the Convention of States Project resolution (SR 133, HR 187) in 2018. This resolution would add Pennsylvania to the list of 12 states (Georgia, Florida, Alaska, Alabama, Indiana, Tennessee, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Arizona, North Dakota, Missouri, Texas) that have already passed applications for an Article V convention to propose amendments that would limit the scope and power of the federal government.

Thank you, in advance, for championing the will of the people!

Respectfully submitted,
