Secure a Safer Retirement For Firefighters: Contact Your Representative
CPF is working to make necessary reforms to California’s retirement system for firefighters and public safety personnel by supporting AB 1383 (McKinnor). Now is the time to make your voice heard. 

AB 1383 makes several changes to strengthen retirement benefits for emergency responders by reducing the retirement age for public safety personnel to 55 and strengthening collective bargaining rights to allow local firefighter unions to negotiate stronger, more equitable benefits. 

We need your help to pass this bill. Take action now by contacting your state representative and encourage them to allow firefighters to safely retire by supporting AB 1383.
