Congress provided $500 million to USDA's successful Higher Blends Infrastructure Incentive Program. The program, started under the first Trump administration, has already matched millions in private investments to support consumer access to more than 1.1 billion gallons of biodiesel in communities from Hawaii to Maine. 

USDA committed to disperse all the funds Congress made available. From these funds, 5% was dedicated to home heating oil infrastructure, and 20% was set aside for terminals and distribution facilities – benefiting the biodiesel industry.
