MLS: Search & Mapping, June 19, 1 - 3 p.m. Leveraging Paragon 5 Search & Mapping Features. Learn to create, run, and save searches in Paragon 5. Also, become familiar with the process of exporting of listing data from MLS to Excel and third-party vendors. There will be a heavy emphasis on running searches with Bing mapping.
MLS: CMA, June 19, 3 - 5 p.m. Creating and Modifying the Paragon 5 CMA Presentation. Students will learn the six steps necessary to create a CMA presentation. The CMA presentation offers access to MLS data and provides graphic presentations of subject properties and comparable property data. |
