The American Diabetes Association® has endorsed the bipartisan Improving Needed Safeguards for Users of Lifesaving Insulin Now (INSULIN) Act, which takes critical steps to improve insulin affordability and access by: 

• Limiting out-of-pocket insulin costs to $35 per month for people with private or employer-sponsored insurance; and  
• Requiring pharmacy benefit managers to pass through 100% of rebates and discounts, ensuring savings reach patients.
