Lingchilíngchí; ling-ch'ih, alternately transliterated ling chi or leng t'che), translated variously as death by a thousand cuts, (shā qiān dāo/qiāndāo wànguǎ), the slow process, the lingering death, or slow slicing, was a form of torture and execution used in China from roughly AD 900 until it was banned in 1905. It was also used in Vietnam In this form of execution; a knife was used to methodically remove portions of the body over an extended period of time, eventually resulting in death.
Death, in the context of this column, means Islam. Islam is a death worshipping cult. Death is the end of Islam for anyone who encounters it, Muslim or non-Muslim. One exists and lives for the sole purpose of dying to meet Allah in Paradise. Allah owns your life and it is your duty to obey his every command and whim, even if it means....death.
"Death to America!" is the familiar chant of Muslim demonstrators, from New York City to London to Berlin and Cologne, from Cairo to Gaza to Damascus, from Kuala Lumpur to Sydney and Kabul. Death is what is intended by the Muslim Brotherhood. It states that quite explicitly in the 1991 Explanatory Memorandum on the General Strategic Goal of the Brotherhood in North America. Here is what it says:
In order for Islam and its Movement to become "a part of the homeland" in which it lives, "stable" in its land, "rooted" in the spirits and minds of its people, "enabled" in the live [sic] of its society and has firmly-established "organizations" on which the Islamic structure is built and with which the testimony of civilization is achieved, the Movement must plan and struggle to obtain "the keys" and the tools of this process in carry [sic] out this grand mission as a "Civilization Jihadist" responsibility which lies on the shoulders of Muslims and - on top of them - the Muslim Brotherhood in this country.
The process of settlement is a "Civilization-Jihadist Process" with all the word means. The Ikhwan must understand that their work in America is a kind of grand Jihad in eliminating and destroying the Western civilization from within and "sabotaging" its miserable house by their hands and the hands of the believers so that it is eliminated and God's religion is made victorious over all other religions. Without this level of understanding, we are not up to this challenge and have not prepared ourselves for Jihad yet. It is a Muslim's destiny to perform Jihad and work wherever he is and wherever he lands until the final hour comes, and there is no escape from that destiny except for those who chose to slack. But, would the slackers and the Mujahedeen be equal.
So, how is Islam "eliminating and destroying Western civilization from within"? By working every little gambit to dissolve Western institutions, principles, traditions, and norms, and replace them with Islamic ones, first as "co-equals," and eventually as the dominant ones
By applying a thousand little, barely noticed and hardly earth-shattering concessions by the West to Islamic demands for "respect" or the enforcement of Islamic religious observation or deference to Muslim sensibilities and prejudices, the Brotherhood agenda is on schedule. There will always be the spectacular, headline-grabbing massacres to remind us that Islam declared war on the West long, long ago and that the bombings and beheadings and stabbings are not forgotten as the end-all of life for infidels and those who do not submit to Islam. Islam means, after all, submission.
But it isn't those which are rotting the West "from within." The West is definably "miserable" because it will not stand up for itself, will not take the steps necessary to preserve its existence as a life-loving as opposed to a death-worshipping political system. Whose hapless "hands" are aiding and abetting the incremental assaults? They are many and legion. CAIR simply advises the EEOC of a case rich in conflict, presumably because it knows that CAIR in an unindicted co-conspirator with terrorist organizations and refuses to condemn Hamas. Better these stupid Americans give other Americans the hot foot.
We can start with the Equal Employment and Opportunity Commission (EEOC), which works hand in glove with the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR) to ensure that employers conform to Muslim expectations and prejudices, and also inures American employers to Islamic religious dress "codes." The EEOC will agree with CAIR that a Muslim has been "discriminated" against and penalized (either fired or not hired) because of his "religion." Case in point: Abercrombie & Fitch vs. a Muslim woman who wanted to violate the store's dress code for employees by wearing her hijab.
The Muslim teen worker who scored a legal victory in an anti-discrimination suit against Abercrombie & Fitch, which cited its dress code in insisting she not wear a hijab to work, says the retailer's policy is "very unfair."
A federal judge issued the ruling last week that Abercrombie & Fitch discriminated against Hani Khan, 18, when she was fired from its Hollister store in San Mateo, Calif., in 2010 because she refused to remove her head scarf on the job.....
The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission filed a lawsuit on Khan's behalf in 2011. A trial on the company's liability and punitive damages is scheduled for Sept. 30.
HAMTRAMCK, MICH. - Karen Majewski was in such high demand in her vintage shop on a recent Saturday afternoon that a store employee threw up her hands when yet another visitor came in to chat. Everyone wanted to talk to the mayor about the big political news.
Earlier this month, the blue-collar city that has been home to Polish Catholic immigrants and their descendents for more than a century became what demographers think is the first jurisdiction in the nation to elect a
majority-Muslim council.
It's the second tipping for Hamtramck (pronounced Ham-tram-ik), which in 2013 earned the distinction of becoming what appears to be the first majority-Muslim city in the United States following the arrival of thousands of immigrants from Yemen, Bangladesh and Bosnia over a decade.
In many ways, Hamtramck is a microcosm of the fears gripping parts of the country since the Islamic State's attacks on Paris: The influx of Muslims here has profoundly unsettled some residents of the town long known for its love of dancing, beer, paczki pastries and the pope.
"It's traumatic for them," said Majewski, a dignified-looking woman in a brown velvet dress, her long, silvery hair wound in a loose bun.
Around her at the Tekla Vintage store, mannequins showcased dresses, hats and jewelry from the mid-20th century, and customers fingered handbags and gawked at the antique dolls that line the store, which sits across the street from Srodek's Quality Sausage and the Polish Art Center on Joseph Campau Avenue, the town's main drag.
Majewski, whose family emigrated from Poland in the early 20th century, admitted to a few concerns of her own. Business owners within 500 feet of one of Hamtramck's four mosques can't obtain a liquor license, she complained, a notable development in a place that flouted Prohibition-era laws by openly operating bars. The restrictions could thwart efforts to create an entertainment hub downtown, said the pro-commerce mayor.
And while Majewski advocated to allow mosques to issue calls to prayer, she understands why some longtime residents are struggling to adjust to the sound that echos through the city's streets five times each day.
"There's definitely a strong feeling that Muslims are the other," she said. "It's about culture, what kind of place Hamtramck will become. There's definitely a fear, and to some degree, I share it."
Saad Almasmari, a 28-year-old from Yemen who became the fourth Muslim elected to the six-member city council this month, doesn't understand that fear.
During the election, questions arose about Sadiq Khan's long history of association with extremists.

Majid Nawaz's assessment of London's new Muslim mayor, the newly elected Sadiq Khan, is that he is not an Islamist extremist. He is merely a manipulative politician willing to use guile and duplicity to achieve his electoral aims -- not so different from the average politician.
Leading up to the mayoral vote, questions arose about Khan's association with extremists, which constitutes a long list in the new mayor's political history.
Consider:
In 2001, Khan was the lawyer for the American radical Islamist group Nation of Islam, successfully arguing in front of the UK's High Court to overturn the ban on its leader, Louis Farrakhan.
In 2003, Khan appeared at a conference with Sajeel Abu Ibrahim, a member of the banned al-Muhajiroun group that was founded by hate preacher Omar Bakri Muhammad (now prohibited from entering the UK) and led by hate preacher Anjem Choudary (whose many organizations have been said to have contributed "the single biggest gateway to terrorism in recent British history"). Sajeel also ran a terrorist training camp in Pakistan attended by 7/7 bomber Mohammad Sidique Khan.
In 2004, Khan testified to the House of Commons as head of the Muslim Council of Britain's legal affairs committee. As council legal head, Khan argued in parliament that the Muslim Brotherhood's spiritual leader Yusuf Al-Qaradawi "is not the extremist that he is painted as being." Qaradawi (also banned in the UK for his extremist views) advocates, among other sharia principles, for wife beating and suicide bombings against Israeli citizens. After the murder of an Ahmadi Muslim in Scotland for wishing his Christian customers a peaceful Easter, the council "condemned" the incident by pointing out that Ahmadis are not Muslims.
Khan attended events for the extremist group CAGE and wrote a forward for one of their reports. CAGE is a primary supporter of the Islamic State executioner known as "Jihadi John," who they described as a "beautiful young man."
Khan appeared on panels with Muslim community leader and cleric Suliman Gani, a supporter of the Islamic State (ISIS/ISIL), no less than nine times.
In 2010, Khan shamelessly played the Ahmadi card, flaring up sectarian hatred in his reelection bid to the parliament when faced with stiff competition from Nasser Butt, an Ahmadi who had opposed the war in Iraq unlike Khan who had voted in favor of it.
Defending himself against charges of extremism, Khan points to his record on supporting rights for homosexual and transsexual rights. Since he was first elected to parliament in 2005, that support has been unwavering.
Khan has been an outspoken critic of anti-Semitism. Most recently, he stated he was "embarrassed and sorrowful" about the glaring anti-Semitism that has been spotlighted in his own party.
As the Muslim Public Affairs Committee in the UK (MPAC-UK) derogatorily pointed out in a comment piece on their website posted just two days before the election, "A Vote for Sadiq Khan in the London Mayor Elections is a Vote for Israel."
Much to MPAC-UK's chagrin and dismay, Khan is an opponent of the anti-Israel BDS movement. Although he called for sanctions against Israel in 2009, he says he has since changed his mind.
On the last day of his campaign, it was revealed that in an interview Khan gave in 2009 on Iranian television, he referred to Muslims fighting extremism as "Uncle Toms." (He has since apologized.)
Still, Majid Nawaz insists that Khan is no extremist. Khan was Nawaz's lawyer when he was arrested in Egypt for working for the banned Islamist group Hizb ut-Tahrir. Nawaz, now a prominent counter extremism campaigner, says he is forever indebted to Khan for visiting him in Egypt's Mazra Tora prison, "while the world gave up on me."

The woman who was believed to be the first Muslim to win the title when she was crowned Miss USA in 2010 has converted to Christianity.
Rima Fakih gave her life to Christ last month in the run-up to her marriage in Lebanon next week to Wassim Salibi, a wealthy music producer who is a Maronite Christian. Canadian singer The Weeknd, who is managed by Salibi, will perform at the wedding.
Fakih recently tweeted a verse from Philippians:
Philippians 4:13 I can do all things through him who strengthens me
Fakih's faith was Shia Muslim but she attended a Catholic school.
In a Huffington Post interview in 2010 she said: "We're more of a spiritual family. Religion really doesn't define me or my family. My family's been very liberal, and we appreciate all different kinds of religions."
She added: "My brother-in-law is Christian, and he (and my sister) baptised their two sons. I have an uncle who converted to Christianity, and he's a priest now."
She said: "We'd go to church on Easter. We always had a Christmas tree and every year we go the Radio City Christmas Show, and watch Miracle on 34th Street. But we celebrate some of the Islamic holidays as well."
According to Albawaba, It was only when she went to university in the US that Fakih connected with her Muslim roots: "When I went to the University of Michigan, because there's more of a Muslim community, my dad wanted me to learn more about Islam," she said. "I didn't know much about Ramadan and other holidays, and my dad wanted me to take that opportunity and learn."
On social media, most responses have been supportive of her conversion.

Komal, 15, was abducted from her home in Pakistan, raped and forced to convert from Christianity to Islam in June last year. She suffered unrelenting abuse and was forced to marry one of her rapists, who acted as her pimp and she fell pregnant. Throughout her captivity, she had faith that Jesus would be faithful and rescue her from the hell she was experiencing. In February, she managed to escape, and has since shared her story with International Christian Concern (ICC).
"I was sleeping along with my mother on a single bed during a power-cut time in my house yard," Komal told ICC, describing the evening she was abducted.
"At around midnight, five armed men with masks climbed over the boundary wall and entered into [our] house.
"The armed men brutally beat the entire family and threatened them [with] severe consequences if they shouted for help," she said.
"Then, the kidnappers dragged me from my mother's lap to their car in the street. My eyes and mouth were covered with a piece of cloth and they took me to [an] unknown place where five of them raped me in front of each other, taking turns."

Her kidnappers continued to abuse her during her six months in captivity.
"Burning my female parts with cigarettes was a routine exercise for them," she said. "Almost for two months they beat me every day for nothing and did not give [me] enough food to eat."
Komal was forced to legally change her religion from Christianity to Islam and marry one of her captors with forged documents claiming she was 18.
