Repeal Alabama's Tax on Adult Websites
Starting September 1, 2025, Alabama has levied a 10% tax on adult websites that makes or sells content in the state.

This law unfairly targets legal adult entertainment just because of its content—something the First Amendment protects. If lawmakers can tax one kind of speech they don’t like, nothing stops them from taxing books, music, or news next.

Tell your lawmaker to repeal this unfair and unconstitutional law.
