We’re excited to announce major progress for health freedom in Georgia! At the 2025 Georgia Republican Party State Convention, several resolutions authored and supported by grassroots advocates like you were officially passed—and many more have been formally added to the 2026 State Legislative Initiatives. The following resolutions passed at the Convention:

- Ban Fluoride in Georgia’s public drinking water
- Ban Geoengineering operations in Georgia’s skies and land
- Add Vaccination Status to Georgia’s Patients’ Bill of Rights

These are now listed—along with other key priorities—in the official Georgia GOP 2025 Convention Report, which outlines the Republican Party’s legislative roadmap for the 2026 session. 

Included in the 2026 Legislative Priorities Report:

- Medical freedom and bodily autonomy (including refusal rights, privacy, and informed consent—even during declared emergencies)
- Prohibiting puberty blockers and gender procedures for minors
- Labeling of lab-grown meats
- Repealing Certificate of Need laws
- Protecting the natural family and IVF safeguards
- Establishing a COVID-19 Post-Pandemic Study Committee
