The House Ways and Means Committee is considering tax legislation that could include a proposal to revoke all ERC claims made after January 31, 2024 as a revenue offset.   We are asking you to call the office of your U.S. House Representative immediately to request they advocate against such an unprecedented retroactive tax increase on taxpayers.

Discussions on this matter are happening at this moment.  We are organizing emails and calls in to Members of Congress to oppose any cancellation of ERC claims made after January 31, 2024.
