The bill would increase the home tax to 4% for higher-priced properties, but also allow for a local option of .25% for ALL properties - potentially adding THOUSANDS of dollars in taxes to the cost of all homes.

Increasing the cost of housing is not the solution to the affordable housing crisis that has continued to worsen in Washington over the last several years.
