HB 4623 Addresses Child Pornography Using AI
HB 4623 prohibits a person from obtaining a school bus driver permit if convicted of an obscene depiction of a purported minor. This bill goes after the AI usages in child pornography in which a child appears to be, rather than is, portrayed in a sexual act.

We are pleased to report that this bill passed the Illinois House by a vote of 113 to 0 on April 18th. It is now pending in the Illinois Senate.
