State Rep. Cassidy (D-Chicago) wants minor girls 12-years and older to be able to make their own "family planning" decisions. This is wrong in so many ways, but at the forefront, it takes away parental authority and rights, enables adult men to coerce young girls to cover up their criminal sexual abuse, and puts young girls, who don't yet have the mental capacity to make life-altering decisions, at very great risk.
