The federal government should reject diversity, equity, and inclusion across the board and follow through on President Donald Trump’s executive order dismantling DEI in both government and the private sector.
America should return to a system of meritocracy where individuals are rewarded, promoted, or given opportunities based on their God-given abilities, achievements, and efforts rather than factors like race, gender or contrived identity.
Merit-based success and equal opportunity should be the law of the land.
