No Commercial Driver’s Licenses for Illegal Immigrants
The Secure Commercial Driver Licensing Act of 2025 would require all commercial driver’s license (CDL) testing to be conducted only in English and mandate that applicants hold a valid standard driver’s license for at least one year before applying for a CDL. The bill also authorizes U.S. Transportation Secretary to suspend or revoke a state’s authority to issue non-domiciled CDLs if that state fails to comply with federal safety standards.

Please encourage U.S. Senators Dick Durbin, Tammy Duckworth, and your local U.S. Representative to support this legislation.
